Rappahannock Art League was first organized in 1949 by a handful of local artists seeking artistic fellowship and desiring to improve their art skills. Today the League boasts a membership of over 400 who, through their Studio Gallery, are a prime source of fine arts and crafts in Virginia's Chesapeake Region.

The Studio Gallery, home of the Rappahannock Art League, is located at 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, VA. The Gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM until 4 PM.
